Starter Care Multi Trading Pvt.Ltd gives a free Registration with Login ID & password. If the customer or direct seller is not satisfied with company policies/products/services so customer or direct seller will not liable to buy any product from the company for activation/updating login ID and his/her login id automatically deactivated after next closing month from date of registration permanently. If customer or direct seller will buy any product from the company and he/she will not comfortable with company policies, then Cancellation can be done within 5 days from the date of payment to the company and 100% Refund will be made in favour of registered customer / direct seller bank account through Cheque /Pay order/Bank transfer within 15 working days, But his/her Login Id should not be activated / updated. In case the customer or direct sellers activate/update his/her registration login id then the cancellation & refund will not possible.


If you are not satisfied with the products because of any manufacturing defect, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange/refund as per the terms of the Returns/Exchange Policy. The policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, accompanied with an original invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged, mishandled or misused.

Important Notes:-

  1. The Direct Seller must return the product(s) to SCARE Office
  2. Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date.
  3. Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the Direct Seller as a return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed at office.
